Switch config quirks from '|' to '+' to be consistent with other config

items.
With previous conf_load changes, space within [] are allowed, so class
and name can appear as-is.
Switch config file and man page to match.
Old behavior still allowed for compat with existing configs out there,
but not documented anywhere.
Prodding by marco for the first bit, at least.

Add two configuration options:
...
* title_name_enabled
* title_class_enabled
The first one shows the active window title in the status bar, the
second the active window class (useful to find out window classes
to use with quirks). Both are disabled by default.

regions, or override scrotwm's multi-head autodetection (such as on video
drivers that do multihead without telling X).
Also a big step towards dynamic Xrandr support.
