06ed7b8eaf Some more ripple animations. Now only anim::value (float64). 
Also each FloatAnimation now stops MTP responses.
Also slide animations done by FloatAnimation.

453661d611 Removed Function<> and SharedCallback<>, using base::lambda_unique<>. 
Also removed macro START_ANIMATION(anim,) using anim.start() instead.

a06a989f97 New profile fixed top bar now is peer observer. 
Multiple showAnimated() calls for SectionWidget are now allowed.
