## Why are these changes needed? `base_image: "anyscale/ray-ml:pinned-nightly-py37"` doesn't exist anymore which fails a lot of nightly tests, change to `base_image: "anyscale/ray-ml:nightly-py37-gpu"` ## Related issue number ## Checks
