1fb8be48b7 Fixed test and importability of nova:forms 
Since package depends on Meteor 1.3, fourseven:scss 3.8.0 is used.
See compatibility on https://atmospherejs.com/fourseven/scss

Test by executing `meteor test-packages nova:forms`
